La cordialidad es una práctica que debería ser una constante en el trato entre las personas, pero algunas veces por circunstancias personales la dejamos a un lado y no debe ser, nadie externo es culpable de lo que nos sucede y por ello tenemos que mostrar nuestra mejor actitud no importando lo que nos está sucediendo.
Ya hoy 2 de enero del 2023 es tiempo de regresar a las actividades diarias, el regreso a las responsabilidades laborales, aunque los chicos siguen de vacaciones escolares que en parte es bueno para el proceso de retomar en forma paulatina a la rutina diaria. Mis hijos retoman sus entrenamientos deportivos el dia lunes 9 de enero, pero igual debemos iniciar con caminatas y trotes durante la presente semana para ir recuperando las condiciones físicas requeridas para las exigencias de sus deportes como lo son la natación y el karate.
