Age, a word that nobody wants to know about. For me, being a senior citizen is a wonderful stage. I am a full woman, with the experiences and wisdom that I have gained in this long journey.
It would be covering the sun with a finger if I were to say that age does not matter, because obviously age prevents us from embracing certain aspects of life, especially in the work field. However, I believe that I still have a lot to give to the company where I work.
Time waits for no one and affects everyone equally; it sweeps away everything in its path. That is why we must live intensely and treasure moments. Take advantage of every minute, so that when old age comes, we will remember every moment we have lived.

I don't understand why human beings get complicated when asked about their age. It seems like a cultural thing to me, especially in women. At this point, they get upset if they have to tell their age.
As for love, which is the most interesting part and what really makes us tick and drives us forward, there is no impediment. At any age that spark can be ignited by knocking on our door.

How important is age?
At the age of 60, I can say like Pablo Neruda, I confess that I have lived. I have made mistakes, but I have been left with experiences. Every moment of my life has left an imprint on me that defines me. I am grateful for every step I have taken because it has been an opportunity to grow.
For me, age is not an impediment to do what I want to do. The only obstacle is the situation of the country that prevents me from being free and traveling.

La edad, palabra de la que nadie quiere saber. Para mí ser adulto mayor es una etapa maravillosa. Soy una mujer plena, con experiencias y sabiduría que he obtenido en este largo viaje.
Sería tapar el sol con un dedo si dijera que la edad no importa, porque evidentemente la edad nos impide abarcar ciertos aspectos de la vida, sobre todo en el campo laboral. Sin embargo, considero que todavía tengo mucho que darle a la empresa donde laboro.
El tiempo no espera por nadie y afecta a todos por igual; arrasa con todo lo que encuentre a su paso. Por eso hay que vivir intensamente y atesorar momentos. Aprovechar cada minuto, para cuando nos llegue la vejez recordemos cada instante vivido.

No entiendo por qué los seres humanos se complican cuando se les pregunta su edad. Me parece algo cultural, sobre todo en la mujer. A estas alturas se molestan si tienen que decir su edad.
En cuanto al amor, que es la parte más interesante y la que en realidad nos hace vibrar y nos impulsa a seguir adelante, no hay ningún impedimento. A cualquier edad esa chispa puede encenderse al tocar nuestra puerta.

En la canción Caballo viejo Simón Díaz se plasma una realidad de todos los seres humanos cuando llegan a la edad madura, donde se desea vivir intensamente lo que resta de vida.
Sobre todo el amor, un deseo de volver a experimentar las cosas que nos llenan de pasión, placer y alegría. Esto nos sucede tanto a hombres y mujeres.

¿Qué tan importante es la edad?
A la edad de 60 años, puedo decir como Pablo Neruda, confieso que he vivido. He cometido errores, pero me han quedado las experiencias. Cada momento de mi vida ha dejado una huella en mí que me define. Agradezco cada paso que he dado porque ha sido una oportunidad para crecer.
Para mí la edad no es impedimento para hacer lo que deseo. El único obstáculo es la situación del país que me impide ser libre y viajar.
