Empoderamiento, empoderarse y empoderada (o), términos que se han estado utilizando mucho últimamente. Se ha puesto de moda eso de ser y sentirse empoderado. Para mí significa algo fuerte y profundo que implica trabajo, porque implica acción y trabajo y, más aún creérselo.

Yo creo que gracias a esto las minorías se han sentido más representadas y sino buscan hacerlo. Así hemos visto a las mujeres maltratadas y abusadas pronunciarse, mostrándose más proactivas, intentando ser felices, femeninas. Mujeres de casa, madres, cabezas de hogar y proactivas, buscando la forma de alcanzar su libertad financiera. Ya muchas, tenemos sueños claros, misiones de vida y propósitos y trabajamos por ellos.

También se puede hablar de empoderamiento ciudadano cuando vemos a las comunidades trabajando juntas para lograr mejoras colectivas, dejando de estar desvalidas y trabajando unidas por sus derechos y su bienestar. Esto es determinante en las sociedad para alcanzar una verdadera transformación colectiva. Esa búsqueda de mejorar nuestra calidad de vida e ir avanzando en esos objetivos comunes.

Para hacer los cambios necesarios hay que ser decididos, simplemente lanzarse a hacerlos, claro que determinación y preparación. Hay que creérselo y tomar las riendas. También hay que promoverlos y promocionarlos para que otros se sumen. Y si lo que deseamos es cambiar internamente, pues es necesario hacer el trabajo interno, desde adentro hacia fuera para convencernos de que si podemos y llenarnos de esa fuerza que necesitamos para trabajar e impulsar ese movimiento que se necesita.

Particularmente, considero que es algo muy positivo y necesario para que la voz de uno se vaya haciendo la voz de todos y salga más fuerte. Son muchos los cambios necesarios para nuestra evolución como seres humanos y como sociedades, habla de patrones de comportamiento o las conductas, patrones de consumo, prejuicios o estándares que se han quedado obsoletos y que ameritan revisión o si no la simple aceptación de las diferencias, adaptaciones a las nuevas formas de pensar y hacer las cosas. Y por supuesto, adaptarse a una nueva realidad.

La invitación como siempre es a conocernos a nosotros mismos, a buscar en nuestro interior eso que nos apasiona y nos hace sentir vivos, felices y empoderados y simplemente prepararnos para lanzarlos a la aventura.

Empowerment, empowered and empowered (o), terms that have been used a lot lately. It has become fashionable to be and feel empowered. For me, it means something strong and deep that implies work, because it implies action and work and, even more, believing it.

I believe that thanks to this, minorities have felt more represented, and if not they seek to do so. This is how we have seen mistreated and abused women speak out, showing themselves to be more proactive, trying to be happy, feminine. Housewives, mothers, heads of household, and proactive, looking for a way to achieve financial freedom. Many of us already have clear dreams, life missions, and purposes and we work for them.

We can also speak of citizen empowerment when we see communities working together to achieve collective improvements, ceasing to be helpless and working together for their rights and well-being. This is decisive in society to achieve a true collective transformation. That search to improve our quality of life and move forward in those common goals.

To make the necessary changes, you have to be determined, simply start making them, of course, determination and preparation. You have to believe it and take the reins. You also have to promote and promote them so that others join. And if what we want is to change internally, then it is necessary to do the internal work, from the inside out to convince ourselves that we can and fill ourselves with that strength we need to work and promote that movement that is needed.

In particular, I consider it to be something very positive and necessary so that one's voice becomes the voice of all and comes out stronger. There are many changes necessary for our evolution as human beings and as societies, it speaks of patterns of behavior or behaviors, patterns of consumption, prejudices or standards that have become obsolete and that deserve revision or if not the simple acceptance of differences, adaptations to new ways of thinking and doing things. And of course, adapt to a new reality.

As always, the invitation is to get to know ourselves, to search within ourselves for what we are passionate about and makes us feel alive, happy, and empowered, and simply prepare ourselves to launch them into the adventure.
