¿Qué por qué me siento joven?

Esta es la pregunta que hoy aparece en la secuencia de temas que preparó @angelica7 para crear contenido en @newvisionlife. Yo particularmente he tomado como guía esta propuesta, porque me parece bastante interesante y necesaria esta comunidad. De hecho con estos temas me ha tocado reflexionar y definir algunas cosas y ese viaje interno para tomar posición es fantástico porque me ayuda a conocerme a mí misma. Ciertamente, aunque hay cosas que debemos tener claras, a veces no nos tomamos el tiempo para pensar o podemos haber cambiado con base en nuestras experiencias o incluso esas reflexiones pueden generar un movimiento interno que nos lleve a cambiar. Por ello, estoy desarrollando esta secuencia como un ejercicio que va más allá de la escritura propiamente dicha.

Entrando en el tema, plantearse porqué uno se siente joven, es algo interesante, puesto que la etiqueta de la edad está vigente y con los cambios que se han tenido en la sociedad es un buen punto para reflexionar. Muchas veces somos juzgados por al edad. Las etiquetas nos persiguen. Y más de una vez nos dicen que haya cosas que no están acorde con nuestra edad. Yo creo que esto se debe a lineamientos sociales, pero eso también que la sociedad y la humanidad no es para nada estática, al contrario existe un dinamismo tácito, es decir que, cambia y se adapta a las exigencias y concepciones de los individuos.

De hecho, anteriormente sin tantos avances no existía tanta esperanza de vida. No obstante, la ciencia ha apoyado en este ámbito y en muchos otros aspectos como la fertilidad, entre otros; cosas que anteriormente no podían ser resueltas, ahora pueden tratarse de forma exitosa.

Claro está que, aún existen muchas limitaciones e incluso discriminación con respecto a muchas cosas. Entre ellas pasar los 40 años de edad y, aunque ciertamente estamos envejeciendo, no quiere decir que perdemos la capacidad de ser independientes, de sonreír, de aprender y de emprender nuevos retos de forma instantánea.

Mientras los seres humanos tengamos sueños, proyectos, ilusiones y estemos activos nos sentiremos jóvenes. Sí, llenos de vida, de esas ganas de seguir adelante; de reír, de bailar y disfrutar. De simplemente vivir.

Todo eso forma parte de sentirse joven. Claro, que no implica exclusivamente vivir en una fiesta perenne, para nada porque podemos estar entre risas y también estar en calma y reflexivos es completamente válido.

Yo me considero joven, porque pese al tiempo y a todas las experiencias que no han sido tan buenas o agradables, aún conservo alegría en mi corazón, aún tengo esa capacidad de sorprenderme como una niña y de agradecer desde el alma. Aún vivo mi vida con bastante entusiasmo. Por eso me siento joven. Y sobre todo porque todo ese amor y alegría lo comparto con todos los que me rodean.

This is the question that appears today in the thread sequence that @ angelica7 prepared to create content in @newvisionlife. I have particularly taken this proposal as a guide because I find this community quite interesting and necessary. In fact with these issues I have had to reflect and define some things and that internal journey to take a position is fantastic because it helps me to know myself. Certainly, although there are things that we must be clear about, sometimes we do not take the time to think or we may have changed based on our experiences or even those reflections can generate an internal movement that leads us to change. For this reason, I am developing this sequence as an exercise that goes beyond writing itself.

Going into the topic, asking why one feels young is something interesting since the age label is in force and with the changes that have taken place in society, it is a good point to reflect on. Many times we are judged by age. Labels haunt us. And more than once they tell us that there are things that are not in accordance with our age. I believe that this is due to social guidelines, but also that society and humanity are not static at all, on the contrary, there is a tacit dynamism, that is, it changes and adapts to the demands and conceptions of individuals.

In fact, previously, without so many advances, there was not so much life expectancy. However, science has supported in this area and in many other aspects such as fertility, among others; things that previously could not be solved can now be dealt with successfully.

Of course, there are still many limitations and even discrimination regarding many things. Among them, we are over 40 years of age and, although we are certainly aging, it does not mean that we lose the ability to be independent, to smile, to learn, and to take on new challenges instantly.

As long as human beings have dreams, projects, illusions, and are active, we will feel young. Yes, full of life, of that desire to move on; to laugh, to dance, and enjoy. Of simply living.

All of that is part of feeling young. Of course, it does not exclusively imply living in a perennial party, not at all because we can be laughing and also being calm and reflective is completely valid.

I consider myself young because, despite the time and all the experiences that have not been so good or pleasant, I still have joy in my heart, I still have that ability to surprise myself as a child and to thank from the soul. I still live my life quite enthusiastically. That is why I feel young. And above all, because of all that love and joy, I share with everyone around me.
