¿Qué significa vivir con 10 años? Este tema me apasiona porque en otras ocasiones he compartido que la vida es una sola y vinimos a este mundo a ser felices, sin embargo, debido a muchos factores y diferentes situaciones terminando viviendo experiencias que nos complican un poco vida.

Desde mi experiencia he podido aprender que la juventud se mantiene cuando entendemos que debemos cuidarnos de adentro hacia fuera, y que quiere decir esto, que iniciamos por el amor propio ese que nos hace fuerte y nos distingue. Este amor también se le suma el estilo de vida que decidimos llevar, por ello la forma en la que nos alimentamos forma parte muy importante en nuestra vida.

Hábitos de vida

La manera en la cual llevamos nuestra vida marca un punto de partida para alcanzar mejor salud y con ello mejor calidad de vida, por ello es importante comer comida sana y balanceada. En este aspecto yo debo considerar mejorar algunas cosas porque, me gusta comer de todo, pero esta situación no me ha ayudado porque en ocasiones he visto que mi colesterol aumenta y esto me produce dolor de cabeza.

En nuestra vida, requerimos desintoxicar nuestro cuerpo mente para poder encanarnos en una vida más sana y con ello, recuperar un poco de tiempo y de vida de calidad.

No significa vivir en una sola dieta, porque si algo debo reconocer, no soy amiga de las dietas, me gusta más mejorar los hábitos de vida, y entre estas acciones se encuentra, la inclusión de ejercicios físicos, pero también ejercicios mentales, porque requerimos activar todo nuestro cuerpo.

Sumado a esto, también no puede alcanzar logros, sino que se hacen ciertos cambios y liberarnos de costumbres que nos han hecho daño durante toda nuestra vida, nunca es tarde para empezar, tan únicamente se requiere tomar decisiones y actuar, el momento es hoy.

¿Qué requerimos para retrasar el envejecimiento?

No creo exista un guía mágica para lograr retrasar el envejecimiento, pero si se requiere tomar acción y tomar en sus manos su vida. Una de los pasos que podemos hacer es lo siguiente:

  • Mejorar la nutrición
  • Cambiar hábitos de vida
  • Aumentar el consumo de vitaminas, entre ellas vitamina C y el hierro.
  • Para evitar arrugas, se deben proteger del sol y es importante el uso de bloqueador solar.
  • Bajar el empleo de aparatos electrónicos que emiten luz azul.
  • Elevar la energía, sonreír e invitar a la vida la calma y el equilibrio.
  • Dormir bien, este punto es muy valioso para poder recuperar energías.
  • Mejorar el proceso de digestión.
  • Invitar a tu vida, la energía que te brinda la vinculación con la naturaleza.
  • Evita las relación tóxicas, evita o que no te hace feliz y libera los problemas llenando la vida con el amor propio y las relaciones personales de calidad.

¿El sexo es importante?

En un programa que pude escuchar hace pocos días la doctora Klara senior indicaba que, una sexualidad activa y que se disfruta, es muy importante para prevenir el envejecimiento. Por ello una vida sexual sana crea nueva neuronas y activa la neurogénesis. Por ello el sexo es fundamental en la vida de los seres humanos.

¡Voila! Vamos a tener un mejor sexo y vamos a encaminarnos a recuperar energía y juventud.

Recupera tus sueños

Una parte importante es que siempre es posible cambiar y hacer las cosas de forma diferente, nunca es tarde, solo debemos adueñarnos de nuestro destino y de nuestra vida.

Recuperar nuestros sueños es recordar nuestro propósito en la vida, ya que en algún momento nos hizo feliz, nos hace recordar y activar nuevos deseos que nos imprimen vida. Cuando abrimos nuestra mente y nos llenamos con sueños, siempre estamos activos para ganar tiempo, ese tiempo de calidad que vale oro.

Nunca es tarde, para cambiar nuestros hábitos y para empezar a mejorar desde adentro hacia afuera, la felicidad está en nosotros y ser feliz también forma parte importante para encaminarnos a recuperar tiempo y años de vida.

No se trata de hacerlo únicamente para verse bien o por un tema de estética, esta publicación no trata de este aspecto, sino de cómo recuperar juventud y ganar años de vida, actuando de adentro hacia afuera, por medio de un cambio personal y un cambio de hábitos.

What does it mean to live with 10 years? I am passionate about this topic because on other occasions I have shared that life is one, and we came to this world to be happy, however, due to many factors and different situations, ending up living experiences that complicate our lives a bit.

From my experience I have been able to learn that youth is maintained when we understand that we must take care of ourselves from the inside out, and what this means, that we start with self-love that makes us strong and distinguishes us. This love is also added to the lifestyle we decide to lead, therefore the way we eat is a very important part of our life.

Life habits

The way in which we lead our life marks a starting point to achieve better health and with it a better quality of life, so it is important to eat healthy and balanced food. In this regard, I should consider improving some things because I like to eat everything, but this situation has not helped me because sometimes I have seen that my cholesterol increases and this causes me a headache.

In our life, we need to detoxify our body and mind to be able to move towards a healthier life and with it, recover a little time and quality life.

It does not mean living on a single diet, because if I have to admit something, I am not a friend of diets, I like better to improve life habits, and among these actions is the inclusion of physical exercises, but also mental exercises, because we require to activate our whole body.

In addition to this, it also cannot achieve achievements, but certain changes are made and free ourselves from customs that have hurt us throughout our lives, it is never too late to start, it only requires making decisions and acting, the time is today.

What do we require to delay aging?

I do not think there is a magic guide to delay aging, but it does require taking action and taking your life in your hands. One of the steps we can do is the following:

  • Improve nutrition
  • Change lifestyle habits
  • Increase your intake of vitamins, including vitamin C and iron.
  • To avoid wrinkles, they must be protected from the sun and the use of sunscreen is important.
  • Reduce the use of electronic devices that emit blue light.

Thank you for sharing your tips. Two things I find effective:

  1. Intermittent fasting - you have a 6 hours window to eat and an 18hours of fasting (total of 24 hours)
  2. Target 8,000 steps of walking - I try to walk around the house as much as I could in times that I cannot go outside for a walk due to work or the weather

Actualmente creo que no tengo ninguna práctica para mejorar mi calidad de vida, aunque soy consciente que debo hacer varios cambios urgentes, la cuarentena me ha dejado unos kilos extra y no estoy durmiendo muy bien que digamos. Dio Vicky! Yo no tengo unos kilos de más, yo tengo muchos kilos de más jaja así que debo asumir un cambio, bueno retomar mis hábitos.

La gripe, creo que se ha convertido en un aviso, este año inició con algunos cambios en mi vida que quizas aunque mi mente está tranquila, el cuerpo requiere expulsar energías en desequilibrio.

Prevention is better than cure is one of the wise words I've ever heard from a doctor. Today's changes, many of us prefer something practical, for example instant noodles, canned fish, fast food. Though all these foods have content that is not good for our bodies. The stomach that we fill is not only full but we must provide adequate nutrition for our bodies. If we want to live longer then renew our diet first. Then exercise regularly
