If you are among those that are saddened due to series of irregularities going on in your part of the world, you need to know that your moody face won't be a solution to the problem at hand.
Heart-wrenching news cannot be cut off from any part of the world. It will always be an instrument that will bring more viewers to the press.
It's sad to see that in most cases, what started as a criminal act from one person ends up as a breaking news which in return, sinks people into depression.
It may sound as if I'm blaming the press but, I'm not. I know for a fact that they are just doing their job. The issue is, each new day comes with series of crimes.
Psychological Effects Of These Bad News
Sadness, depression, feeling of bitterness.
What we fail to understand is, being slapped with this saddening news every day, eats deep into our psychological well being. We need to act as fast as possible to avoid being psychologically victimized because of bad things happening around us.
Anytime l tune in to TV stations, radio stations, or come across local newspapers, most of the news making headlines are the type that drains our happiness. It's often filled with heart-wrenching news.
This wouldn't be the first time I'm writing about this anomaly. News of kidnapping, bribery, killings, slush funds and other news of corrupt practices is what we wake up to in my part of the world.
Many things that are happening at the moment are beyond my imagination. I've said on several occasions, that I like to be informed but the type of information that slaps my face now and then is making me rethink. Things are falling apart.
Are you ready to maintain your sanity in this time of recurrent evil activities?
Your best bet would be to distance yourself from sad news headlines.
Limit your exposure to such news and focus on the good things going on around us.

Bad news surely do make the headlines because somehow, people are more interested in such. Everywhere you turn and look is filled with scandals, oppression, crime and hatred.
With the kind of exposure those acts have, more people are drawn into them than learning lessons to abstain themselves.
We don't have much choice either, the media has to make money, and they won't sell chicken stew. It's us that need to pick out what's useful and drop what's not.
Yeah... The fact that the media do not have any other choice than to go for what gives them big market share in the midst of their competition is one of the thing that is fuelling the rapid growth of bad news.
We can always try to look the other way ant focus on news that gives us good vibe
