Interacting and learning what makes blurt.blog tick/ second post- grateful for the support received #newbie #blurt #firstpost

It's great of course to be active here. But I think people here don't like to be always mentioned in every single post. That's my opinion, and it's up to you to do what you want. For example, I have a contest here and people mention me only if they participate in it. Or if something happened related to me somehow. So, I advise you just to be active, to write a good content and not to mention all those people, unless the post is related to them somehow. Otherwise, most of them will mute your account and you will less likely supported by them.

I'm so sorry about that. I'd try not to tag as much people in my next post. I'd focus more on being interactive and producing quality articles.
I sincerely appreciate your advice and guidance since I wrote my first post and I'm really grateful.

I have a question- how do I add more blurt up there so I can perform more transactions and how do I post to a community. For instance, if I wanna post to #blurtafrica, how do I do it? I noticed my article appeared under newbie, does this mean that the first hashtag used in the article is what influences where it will be posted?

I'm really unsure of these things and I'm basically doing them randomly.
Thanks again for the advice.

Yeah, the first tag is what appear there, but don't worry about tags that much, I'm sure if you will post something about Africa and use the tag #africa, maybe someone from there will notice you. We have a lot of people from Africa here. Especially Nigeria. You can also ask : @gingerup , @olawalium , @mrenglish and @princekeys. I guess all of them are from Africa, so they may advise you how to be closer to the community here.
