I've been seeing several videos and photos of the floods in huge parts of the Philippines. Until now, it's still raining badly, and we're not spared. As I need to rush to have the phone of my brother get fixed, I went to Dagupan City with my sister.
The streets are wet, and we need caution when driving. Too bad, the phone wasn't fixed, and the technician even worsened its issue. Afterwards we went to CSI City Mall to have our lunch, and we ate at McDonald's. It's a different feeling when you're eating there compared to a take out.
We walked around the mall, and eventually headed home before the rain becomes stronger.
