Philippines may be hot most of the time but there are places where it's chill, and breeze is cool. The summer capital of the Philippines is Baguio City because many people go there when it's hot in their place. Because of high elevation being in the mountains causing the cool weather, Baguio City became a summer destination.
Our province also has the summer capital barangay which is Malico because it's also cold there due to high elevation too. It's nice that I got to visit, and there I am enjoying not just the cool breeze but the view as well.
