Here in the Philippines, some people can be asked whether they prefer pansit or spaghetti. Both are staple foods in Filipino celebrations. Many prefers spaghetti like my husband and brother-in-law, but they also love pansit but not in a way like pasta.
I admit I prefer pansit. I even cook with different kinds. I cooked one with Miki noodles, then pansit bihon guisado.
We had visitors yesterday with friends who supported our deaf field service. I'm glad to be with them as we did the voluntary work. I prepared pansit of course! Now the foods are prepared.
I do not know pansit here in Canada. But it looks good : )
