I never thought there's such place which exist in a distant village of San Carlos City. Actually, it's a restaurant along the river (with a dam for irrigation), but it seems it's not operational anymore. Thus, it's merely a tourist area to visit.
We bought foods from a canteen nearby, and headed there. It's actually a nice spot to visit if you wanted peace of mind, and a serene place. There's an entrance fee of Php20, which is affordable, but a boat ride in the river for 30 minutes is worth Php200. That's not cheap though. It's better if the restaurant is still operational. I heard the foods there taste good.
It was so hot at that time, and we wanted somewhere we can chill. I'm glad we went to Rio Laguna De Vega because of the breeze blowing from the river. It is located at Brgy, Lilimasan, San Carlos City.
