So there are a lot from the land transportation agency going out to catch possible violators. Well, actually some motorists say they are doing that because of Christmas season. Which means, they'll collect money for themselves. They'll look for any violations, even without it, they can even plant evidences, according to others. I remember when we were caught before, the driver is caught off guard. The guy who caught us said, if you want to give any, we'll let you go. I was just shocked.
