The days of summer has been very challenging for us. We've been to different places, while we tried to bear with the extreme heat. The heat index during the past few days has been 48°C, and it feels like being roasted in an oven when outdoors.
For two days, class suspension in public schools was imposed due to extreme heat. Modular or virtual classes are being held in those schools.
We had slept late last night because we've been to my family's place yesterday as we celebrated my brother and his wife's wedding anniversary. They've been married for 17 years already.
This morning, I reheated some of our take-outs from yesterday's celebration, and I don't have to cook anything. Also, I bought bread from a mobile bakery which usually stops over our gate.
Way to San Carlos
While heading to San Carlos in the morning, I'm glad it isn't very hot. However, going home is challenging because of the heat. Captured the photos shared while on our way to San Carlos City.
