Chicharon are deep-fried crunchy pork rinds that are tasty. It is first boiled, then sun-dried for 3-5 days till the fat drops out, before being deep-fried until golden brown and plump. It is a popular Filipino appetizer that is best eaten when dipped in spicy vinegar and served with alcoholic drinks. 🍻
