I have heard that water rates will go up around 10-13%, which is very huge. Seriously, the service isn't improving, and even going worse. Actually, the color of the water is yellowish in our place. The water pressure is slow. The rate has gone up recently, but it's going up again. It's obviously the administration is for the rich ones, the oligarchs.

Listening to this old tune by Natalie Imbruglia. She's been very popular during the late 1990s but it seems it doesn't have good effect on her health. She made comebacks to music just because it's her passion, and not to become popular again. Still, this song "Shiver" made it to the UK top 10.
