After all, Life goes on!
You can say 'Life goes on' after mentioning something very sad to indicate that, although people are very upset or affected by it, they have to carry on living normally.

Life goes on" simply means that there is nothing that stops life. Happiness, grief, achievement, failure, everything will come and go. Nothing stays forever. Times change, situations change and we adapt.
Life is good when we think it's good. Life is bad when we don't think. The good life consists in deriving happiness by using your signature strengths every day in the main realms of living. The meaningful life adds one more component: using these same strengths to forward knowledge, power or goodness.
It's a basic step to start conversation. they wanted to know how you are changing or changed or how you are moving on with your life. It's an another way of caring, or it's a sign they are bothered about you and want to solve your problem if there is any by just listening to your shared problem.

You only live once and you need to enjoy life, to go out and achieve whatever you want to. Simply enjoy life and the great pleasures that come with it.
Experiencing reality by interacting authentically with the environment and with others. Giving something back to the world through creativity and self-expression, and, Changing our attitude when faced with a situation or circumstance that we cannot change.
Human life may not have been created with any pre-determined purpose, but this need not mean that it cannot have a purpose, or that this purpose cannot be just as good as, if not much better than, any pre-determined one. And so the meaning of life, of our life, is that which we choose to give it.

It is incredibly important for us to recognize that life does indeed happen, which simply means that we may encounter situations in life that are beyond our control. Such experiences may leave us feeling helpless or anxious with emotions that we may not yet know how to process in a healthy way.
If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things.” ― Albert Einstein. “It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect its successful outcome.
Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” – Ferris Bueller from Ferris Bueller's Day Off. “Lighten up, just enjoy life, smile more, laugh more, and don't get so worked up about things.

An inspiring life is one filled with purpose, passion, resilience, and the ability to impact not only our own lives but also the lives of others positively.
Live life to the fullest, and focus on the positive.” “Slow down and enjoy life. It's not only the scenery you miss by going to fast – you also miss the sense of where you are going and why.” “When one has a grateful heart, life is so beautiful.”
Your life purpose consists of the central motivating aims of your life—the reasons you get up in the morning. Purpose can guide life decisions, influence behavior, shape goals, offer a sense of direction, and create meaning.

Your own personal life vision and mission is one of the questions that we are answering within Life Design workshop.
