Moving into higher spaces

We all want to keep improving in life and become a better version of ourselves. But then sometimes we get so caught up in the rut of life that we give up. We start, we do it for a couple of days and then we give up. That's what also happens with most of the new year resolutions. I believe that if we are little mindful about our day to day actions then this journey becomes smooth and it just flows effortlessly.

These are somethings that I personally follow to be in a higher energy space as much as possible. I do what brings me joy. If there is something that disturbs my peace of mind I just let it go then no matter even if it is beneficial for me. I feel that having the feeling of joy all the time in life is the most positive way to build positive energy in your life. Sometimes what you cut out from your life will not be wrong or bad, it's just that it does not suit your energy and hence it's best to let it go. Because only when you let that go, what is meant for you will flow in to your life.

The other most important thing I feel one needs to do is to keep the energy of the house clean, because that impacts us heavily. Then a little meditation time or nature time daily will also boost the right energy into our life.
This is how we slowly gradually develop our light body and move into higher energetic space.
