Medical martial law has been instated fr quite some time. They do not need to call prima nocta...they have went around the night and are working in broad daylight.
Edicts are not laws! I am saying just that, we must hold the government to the laws, as that is what we have agreed upon, and if they want to be changed then the people must decide to change them.
