Parents Meeting in Grade Five and Card Giving

Hello good day everyone! I'm hoping you all that you have a wonderful day!
Today at 2:30 pm the teacher of our children called a meeting for all parents about the schedule of the feeding, Christmas party and card giving with our children.
So before the meeting start we pray first and after that we talk about first the schedule of the feeding for our children.

This is the schedule of our feeding, every parents have a schedule and we group into five groups.
We have every schedule because we the parents are the one to cooked.
We are talking about what food we should cooked in that day of scheduled.
So in the first feeding of the schedule will be on November 20, 2023, our co-parent will cooked champorado.
The next sched will be on November 24, 2023 they will cooked ginisang monggoes.
Third schedule of the feeding will be on December 1, 2023 and our co-parents will cooked Pospas.
Fourth schedule will be on December 7, 2023 and that is my schedule to cooked and I will cooked Bam-i or pancit for our children.
And in the fifth day of feeding will be on December 14, 2023 they will cooked Lugaw with vegetables.
So after we have done talking about the schedule of the feeding, we talk about the Christmas party our children.

So we are done for the feeding schedule so we proceed to the Christmas party for our children.
The Christmas party of our children will be on December 15,2023 so we talked about of what food we should cooked or prepared for the party of our children.
Our children have a sinking fund worth of 100, so they are all 29 children so they have the total money of 2900 pesos.
So in 2900 pesos of sinking fund we budget that for the food of our children.
First we decided to cooked adobong manok and a budget of 1,100 pesos, next is bola-bola with the budget of 900 pesos, and lastly is menudo with a budget of 900 pesos.
So there's a parent who donated snack for our children and softdrinks, thanks to them 😊.
And one parent and the teacher donated for a spaghetti ingredients or they will donate spaghetti for our children.
The food of our children will be cooked by me and my mother soon.

After we done talking about the Christmas party is card giving, so this is teacher Dendi give the card or children's card to each parents.
