Long weekend breaks

This week we have a long weekend since there's a bank holiday. One of the evening's I wanted to step out. It's hot weather so there are not many outdoor options and I am kind of fed up being indoors. I like to be at the beach, but the problem is hubby does not like to be out in summers, so we have to find some mutual grounds when we both have to go out together. If I am alone, I will go to the beach only, but with him along, it gets different.....after all men are fussy...hehe. Anyways, after wrecking our brains thinking where to go, we finally decided to go to the Hyatt Hotel lobby for Tea.

I like this place. It has a very soft ambiance and cozy settings. They too have a beach side setting but again my dear better half cannot stand the summers so we cannot go there and sit.

That's the hotel lobby. The lobby has palm trees, Bedouin style tents and in the center, there is a horse statue which revolves at a very slow pace. The very first time when we had visited here, I was confused, because I saw the horse in one position and after some time in another. On one glance you will not be able to notice that it's moving, it's very slow.

There are Arabic style and design chandeliers and lamps

There are table chair seating arrangements and Bedouin style seating arrangements. I prefer the Bedouin style as they are more comfortable sit out areas.

This week has been a bonanza, after this evening me and hubby decided that we should go for the mountain trip and yesterday morning we took off. It has been such a wonderful time up here. Today we leave back and on the way visit a museum.
