Life´s Priority

A much important event in my life had a priority. I had been quiet for a while, I think if I remember, 5 months since then... And now I am back. Before I set myself into a hiatus, I powered-down my Blurts.

What happened?!

I fell in love with a small land , actually a dream area to relax, a get-away or simply a hide-away zone to flee from a bustling city of Manila. I want to build a cottage there so I made efforts to gather some funds to convince the owner to sell it to me. And he said yes!!!

Yep, I got all my blurt and sold them in exchange for XRPs ( The Tx fee is so low compared to BTC or ETH) and so I sent them to my family in Manila so they could pay the land I was eyeing in Quezon Province when I visited the Philippines two years ago. The land is nestled within a coconut farm and is a beautiful area with the view of Mount Banahaw . The beach is just a couple of kilometers away.

The land is not that big , its about 200 sqm but enough to build a small cottage and make a small garden. The coconuts are free as well as other fruit trees. I think I will love it here. The air is fresh and cool because of the fruit trees and coconuts. The view of Mt. Banahaw is amazingly beautiful.

There are plenty of bamboo trees around the farm and these can be used to build the house... I would love to have our vacay here , the big question that needs an answer is the decision.... I only have to decide whether I like a native bamboo house, a wooden house or a house made of concrete.

Thanks for reading...See you around!

@nerdtopiade....Thank you so much Nerdi for the invitation. Yeah, I had to process si many papers for the project. The surveyors have already measured the grounds over there in the Philippines and I hope to finish the formalities in the Registry of Deeds. Good to see you here. Danke schon!

Nice combination of both native materials and concrete just like they did sa mga beach resort. When using the bamboo tree around ipa treat gyud kay bokbokon lagi like what happened here on our roof deck. Nagpaputol us ug mga kawayan gi taod agad aguy two weeks after gi bokbok grabe ka abog.

OO diay Jude no... need gyud i treat... ako silang ingnun kay naa na daw mga kawayan nga gi cut and ready for the fence. Thanks for being here...

That's an excellent investment @mers.

Hello dear @yehey!
Lovely to see you here and thank you for commenting. I think it really is a good investment because no matter what... the place will always exist and the value of the land will increase in time. Btw, after our Lily was gone, we didn´t take a new dog, travelling is a bit tedious now that we have aged, LOL! What about you, got a new dog now? Have a great week ahead!

That's awesome if you prioritized life and you look so lovely with the white cow.

Hello @olivia08... Yeah Deev, we should always think about life and family. Hahaha... the white cow, Wyendyll said ingat sa baka, I laughed so much. The cow is tied somehow on then ground so he could not come near me...
