Labeling Spice Bottles

Most of the girls love to have a kitchen as per their dream. It is also the same with me. I made tons of dreams in my own kitchen and finally made it a reality. With my old articles, I shared how we purchase equipment, how designed pantries, and how we purchased containers and kitchenware.

Today I am going to share how I add labels on the spice bottles and other containers.

I got this idea of labeling from youtube. There were plenty of organizing videos that used very decent label templates purchased from Amazon. After referring to plenty of them I picked up a specific template and try to find a print-ready version of it. But I couldn't find all the names I wanted, so I decided to design my own.

I could use Microsoft Word to design the label template easily. Then I took a high-quality printout of sticker paper. As I had bottles of two sizes I kept larger squares and smaller squares. For larger containers, I had planned to put spices that frequently use while keeping the rest in smaller containers.

Harith also helped me with cutting and pasting labels. Also, we had to write one or two labels by hand. Fortunately, I had kept labels without a name.

Other than spices, we also labeled some other containers like Dhal, Flour, and dried fish.

With these stylish labels, the shelves came further attractive. Anyway, it is challenging to protect the label from fingerprints and other stains. Let's see how it will come.

Probably, if you put some clear sticky paper on it, you can protect the labels. At home, we use photo-look self-adhesive paper, and it has worked very well for us.

On the other hand, I read that you have a container labeled "dried fish." How do you use this? Is it some kind of spice?

Yes..I am thinking about a way to protect them..

Dried fish is n't a spice type..It 's kind of a curry same as chicken, fish.
