Life is full of ups, downs, twists, and turns.
But all these adversities that constantly bombard us could be a blessing in disguise. Maybe that's why so many motivational speeches are very inspiring and uplifting. These speeches gradually weave into an atmosphere of optimism, which eventually leads to a positive feeling in oneself and the entire society. One cannot change tough situations as it is an active process; one just has to practice acceptance with respect for what life provides you whether enjoyable or not.
Some people express their negativity in different ways. From talking bad about how much they hate their job or company to yelling and screaming in the streets, to cutting themselves. But other people try hard not to let the negativity control them but want to improve their lives so they become better people. There are ways you can use acceptance of these experiences as an opportunity to learn and grow as a human being.
Acceptance allows us not to be overwhelmed with the feeling that something tragic has happened like losing our job or having the house repossessed. Some people have four minutes of acceptance followed by three minutes of negative ruminations before accepting it and moving on.
Positivity is invigorating when a lot is going on around us, but it isn't easy either because we're so attached to positive experiences! We need inspiration when we're faced with concern clusters though there's plenty out there; just do an internet search on "inspiration".
It is often immensely challenging how to turn negatives into positives. This section talks about overcoming wholesome challenges and finding a way to break the verbal barrier in it.
There are many ways of getting past the challenge in life. When things are not going your way, it is imperative that you do not lose hope by addressing yourself with strong words that have positive influences rather than weakening gracefully until the next time something good comes up in your life.
The most frequent word used to describe confident people is brave.
But if we were to stop at bravery, then what other words do we not know how to use? Perhaps we should stay quiet and learn these golden words before using them for ourselves. By learning these strong realities of life, we can find a viable route to cope with our ever-changing adversities and stronger than before existence.
Most people would be skeptical about accepting undesirable changes in their life; even the optimistic can experience fear when facing massive changes like job downsizing or economic issues. But living in the world makes most people aware of constant unpredictability; exacerbating issues doesn't mean you should become pessimistic or helpless towards tougher times, instead, it is important to continuously be receptive as life gives you more changes every day.
We can rise above such adversities by gathering more reason and transcending our circumstances with empathy toward all beings, but this does not mean that we should blindly sign up for an ideology that causes harm or preaches for a goal that ends in stagnation. We must be critical of all ideologies and question why they are being pushed on us. When embracing a particular philosophy, it is important to ask who benefits first and what the motives are. If one’s motive is to narrow the scope of their own power, then one will obviously obtain more power over others who have different philosophies.
