Just Like Carrot

Feels good to be back. Been out from blogging for a while due to knee injury and most specially, tired body. Summer is now enjoying its turn and just like anybody else, I also had my fair share of ups and downs during the past seasons. In those moments, it was just very timely that my older sister sent a picture of my cat back home, Carrot. Seeing this pic, I, somehow, envied Carrot’s life. Eat, play, sleep, stroll, eat again – a daily routine desired by many. But what amazes me most of this feline is its ability to stay calm and I think this is the reason why they are able to stay focused . Cats are indeed very special creatures that teach us how to keep still when life seems to be falling apart. Their nine lives take us back to the reality that we only got one and should be lived well.
Thank you, Carrot. I just want you to know that I did not regret adopting you. You have a home. You are family. Hope you enjoyed ‘sunbathing’.
