My love for food and cooking is extremely high that's why I explore different types of tastes. In most celebrations, aside from cooking something salty like viands, I never forget the desserts. I would make something super sweet and soft which is the leche flan.
Ingredients:
- 10 eggs
- Sugar
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Lime
Procedure:
- Melt 2 tablespoon of sugar in a llanera.
- Set aside.
- In a different bowl, separate and use only the egg yolks from the whites.
- Add the evaporated and condensed milk.
- Add 1 tablespoon of lime extract.
- Mix well.
- Strain the mixture for a fine texture then put in the llanera with the melted sugar.
- Cook in low heat for 45 minutes.
- Inverse it prior putting in the food container.
