Leche Flan

My love for food and cooking is extremely high that's why I explore different types of tastes. In most celebrations, aside from cooking something salty like viands, I never forget the desserts. I would make something super sweet and soft which is the leche flan.

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • Sugar
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Lime

Procedure:

  1. Melt 2 tablespoon of sugar in a llanera.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a different bowl, separate and use only the egg yolks from the whites.
  4. Add the evaporated and condensed milk.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of lime extract.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Strain the mixture for a fine texture then put in the llanera with the melted sugar.

  1. Cook in low heat for 45 minutes.
  2. Inverse it prior putting in the food container.
