I know some traditionalists say cheese is a no no. I was in the US army 2nd infantry, we ate it with cheese sometimes. Seafood and cheese ramen, with sea scallops, shrimp, surimi, seabreze salad, (seaweed folks), kimchi and fried crab cake. The kimchi was a off brand. It's in the middle, needs to be fermented more and should be more bright red. Even after that, that was a bowl of love right there, mm mm mm. Oh almost forgot, pork potstickers, similar to yakimandu, that was a bowl of soup from heaven. Cheers!!
