Popular take-out/delivery items in Korea and are must-orders in any Korean-Chinese restaurant, but since it's practically impossible to find these specific versions here in Germany, we just have to make it ourselves!
I used Maangchi's recipes, which have never failed me. Her technique in making the crispy pork is amaaazing and is the only way I make crispy pork for dishes like this now. She describes it perfectly as "shatteringly crisp". Even with the sweet-sour sauce, you get a mix of crunch and chewy saucy parts. Make this if you have a bit of time!
