한국 스타일 햄 치즈 토스트 Korean-Style Ham and Cheese Toast

Ingredients

*Cheese Toast
2 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/2 cup of green onions
1 sliced cheese
salt
butter

*Ham and Cheese Toast
2 slices of bread
2 eggs
half a small cabbage
1/3 cup of green onions
half a carrot
1 sliced ham
1 sliced cheese
salt
butter

Instructions:

prepare the vegetables for our toasts

  1. chop up carrot into small cubes
  2. finely chop green onions
  3. thinly slice cabbage
  4. Whisk 2 eggs in a small bowl for each toast recipe.
    *we’re going to make two separate egg mixtures for our toasts

A. Cheese Toast

  1. Add finely chop green onions to our egg mixture for our cheese toast
  2. Grease the pan with margarine
  3. Pour in the egg mixture
  4. Put 2 slices of bread over the mixture.
  5. Fold over the egg’s excess edges inwardly
  6. Flip the bread occasionally until golden brown.
  7. Serve while hot.

B. Ham and Cheese Toast

  1. Combine cabbage, carrot, green onions, and sea salt to the egg mixture
  2. Grease the pan with butter or margarine
  3. Pour the egg mixture to the pan.
  4. Add two slices of bread over the egg mixture
  5. Fold over the egg’s excess edges inwardly
  6. Place 1 slice of cheese over the bread then fold it over
  7. Grease the pan one more time cooking the ham in it
  8. Add the slice of cheese and ham over the bread
  9. Flip the bread occasionally until golden brown.
  10. Serve immediately
