Well, I think my beautiful marinated bulgogi definitely went to some good use. Beginning of every year, I get an urge to cook a lot, lol. I guess this means my diet resolution gonna have to be pushed back another week. But then again, Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. The struggle is real folks, lol. 🤣🍱💖
Update: The 4 main dishes are spicy & sweet Korean fried chicken, Korean sweet & savory baby back ribs, Japchae and Kimbap. From top left to top right & then bottom left to bottom right: Napa kimchi, seasoned spinach, red cabbage slaw, radish kimchi, sauté egg plants, seasoned bean sprouts, sauté zucchini, cherry tomatoes, stir fried anchovies, seasoned cuttlefish, cucumber kimchi, and sauté broccoli. The end dishes on the sides are beef & vegetable dumplings pan steamed (they are store bought though) & the other side dish is my Kimchi Jeon. I like receipes from cooks like Seonkyoung Longest or Maangchi for my main dishes because they are similar to mine. I just tweaked them to fit my sweeter palette, lol. Side dishes are just a given for me but if you need a recipe then I would check out the above cook’s websites. Happy cooking! 💖
