Cilantro banchan somebody posted here was perfect! Rice, cucumber kimchi, pickled radish and a couple other banchan all made for a delicious dinner. Leftovers were mixed with egg and made into burritos for lunch tomorrow. Oh, we ate while we watched our friend’s retirement ceremony take place half a world away on Facebook.
