◎재료 소개 - Material introduction
[메인 재료 - Main material]
오이지(700g) - Cucumbers pickled in salt(700g)
대파(흰부분) - Green Onion(1/2)
다진마늘(1큰술반) - Crushed garlic(1tbsp and a half)
굵은고춧가루(1큰술반) - Coarse red pepper powder(1tbsp and a half)
고추장(1큰술) - Red pepper paste(1tbsp)
맛술(1큰술) - Cooking wine(1tbsp)
조미료(1T) - Condiment(1T)
올리고당(1큰술반) - Oligosaccharide(1tbsp and a half)
참기름(1큰술반) - Sesame oil(1tbsp and a half)
깨(1큰술) - Sesame(1tbsp)

◎조리과정 - Cooking process
[재료 손질 - Material preparation]
1.깨끗이 씻어 준비한 오이지(700g)를 얇게 썰어주세요
2.얇게 썰은 오이지를 찬물에 한번 헹궈주세요
3.물에 헹군 오이지를 꽉 짜주세요. 씹을때 오독오독해서 식감이 좋습니다
4.대파를 준비하는데 대파는 흰색 부분만 송송 썰어 사용하게 됩니다

[양념 - seasoning]
1.그릇에 담은 오이지에 각종 양념을 넣어주시고 양념이 잘 베이도록 조물조물 무쳐주세요
[다진마늘(1큰술반),굵은고춧가루(1큰술반),고추장(1큰술),맛술(1큰술),조미료(1T),올리고당(1큰술반),대파(1/2)]

2.마지막으로 고소한 맛과 향을 내주기 위해 참기름(1큰술반)과 깨(1큰술)를 넣고 조물조물 무쳐서 마무리해주세요

3.Cooking process
[Material preparation]
1.Wash and cut the prepared pickled cucumber (700g) thinly.
2.Rinse the pickled cucumbers in cold water once
3.Squeeze the pickled cucumbers rinsed in water. Good texture when chewing
4.To prepare the green onion, you will use the green onion cut only the white part.

[Seasoning]
1.Put various seasonings to the pickled cucumbers in a bowl and mix the seasonings well
[Crushed garlic(1tbsp and a half),Coarse red pepper powder(1tbsp and a half),Red pepper paste(1tbsp),Cooking wine(1tbsp),Condiment(1T),Oligosaccharide(1tbsp and a half),Green Onion(1/2)]

2.Finally, add sesame oil (1 tablespoon and a half) and sesame seeds (1 tablespoon) to give a savory taste and aroma
