◎재료 소개
[메인 재료]
떡(450g),고기만두(9개),김치만두(9개),양지머리(530g)

[채소]
대파(1개)

[삶을때]
물(1800ml),월계수잎(3잎)

[고기밑간]
우동다시(2큰술),맛술(2큰술),참기름(1큰술),후춧가루(1/2t),다시다(1t),다진마늘(1/2큰술)

[끓일때]
물(800ml),소금(1t),다진마늘(1큰술)

[고명]
계란고명,양지머리,대파,참기름

◎조리과정
1.끓는 물(1800ml)에 월계수잎(3잎)과 양지머리(530g)를 넣고 삶아주세요 끓인 육수는 버리지 않고 나중에 떡만두국 육수로 다시 사용됩니다
2.삶은 양지머리는 한김 식혀서 결대로 찢어주시고 양지머리에 각종 양념을 넣고 조물조물 버무려주세요
-양념된 양지머리는 떡만두국에 간을 맞추는 고명으로 사용됩니다
[우동다시(2큰술),맛술(2큰술),참기름(1큰술),후춧가루(1/2t),다시다(1t),다진마늘(1/2큰술)]
-우동다시가 없다면 국간장이나 소금으로 간을 맞춰도 됩니다
3.양지머리를 끓인 육수와 물(800ml)을 부어주고 팔팔 끓여주세요
4.어느정도 육수가 끓으면 떡(450g)과 고기만두(9개),김치만두(9개)를 넣어서 익혀주세요
-- Tip --
+만두는 전자레인지에 2분정도 익혀서 넣어주시면 만두가 터지지않습니다
5.소량에 소금(1t)과 다진마늘(1큰술)을 넣고 간을 맞추고 떡과 만두가 익을때까지 끓여주세요
6.떡만두가 익어갈때쯤 다진파를 넣어서 섞어주고 끓이는 작업을 마무리 합니다
7.떡만두국에 계란지단,양념된고기,다진파를 고명으로 얹어주세요
8.고소한 맛과 풍미를 주기위해 참기름(1큰술)을 넣어주세요
-본인의 취향에 맞게 김가루를 뿌려먹어도 맛있습니다

◎Material introduction

◎Cooking process
1.Boil the bay leaves (3 leaves) and brisket (530g) in boiling water (1800ml). The boiled broth will not be thrown away, but will be used again later as a soup stock.
2.Cool the boiled brisket and tore it according to the texture. Add various seasonings to the brisket and mix with the mixture
-Seasoned brisket is used as a garnish to season with rice cake dumpling soup
[Udong dashi(2tbsp),Cooking wine(2tbsp),Sesame oil(1tbsp),Pepper powder(1/2t),Condiment(1t),Crushed garlic(1/2tbsp)]
-If you don’t have udon sauce, you can season with soy sauce or salt
3.Pour the boiled stock and water (800ml) and boil
4.When the broth boils to some extent, add rice cake (450g), meat dumplings (9), kimchi dumplings (9) and cook it.
-- Tip --
Cook the dumplings in a microwave for about 2 minutes so that the shape of the dumplings is well maintained
5.Add salt (1t) and chopped garlic (1 tbsp) in a small amount, season and boil until the rice cakes and dumplings are cooked
6.When the rice cake dumplings are cooked, add the chopped green onions, mix and finish boiling
7.Garnish with egg, seasoned meat, and chopped green onion on the rice cake dumpling soup
8.Add sesame oil (1 tablespoon) to give it a savory taste and flavor
-It is delicious even if you sprinkle with seaweed powder according to your taste
