Jeyuk Bokkeum. Have you ever tried this Delicious Spicy Korean Pork Dish! It's actually very easy to make :) I like the pork cut a little bit thicker, normally it is cut more like bulgogi. Enjoy
Ingredients:
Veggies:
1 1/2 cups cabbage
1/2 Carrot
1 Asian Leek (Not sure if that's what it's called)
2 Spicy Peppers (1 Green, 1 Red)
Pork:
550 g Pork Tenderloin (Any other pork can be used as well)
1/2 tbsp Ginger
1 Onion
2 tbsp Sugar
Sauce:
2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Garlic (I used pre-minced)
1 tbsp Korean Red Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru)
1/4 Korean Red Pepper Paste (Gochujjang)
2 tbsp Sugar
Oil:
Vegetable Oil (for cooking)
Step 1: Cut all the Veggies into small bite size pieces
Step 2: Cut up the meat thinly like you would bulgogi (Or bigger like I prefer)
Step 3: Add the chopped onion, sugar and ginger to the pork
Step 4: Mix the sauce ingredients together
Step 5: Add some vegetable oil to a pan and turn on high heat
Step 6: Add the Pork Mixture and sear.
Step 7: Add the Cabbage, carrots and white part of the leak and cook for 5 minutes on medium high heat
Step 8: Add the sauce and mix it in.
Step 9: Add the rest of the veggies and cook for a few minutes
Step 10: Serve on top of rice or in a separate bowl. Sprinkle some Green Onion and Toasted Sesame seeds as a garnish. ENJOY!!
