I usally make this dish with anchovy broth but marinaded pork with ssamjang sauce broth this time.
*Ingredients: soaked 24hr. soybeans( 불린 메주콩), fermented napa kimchi ( 김장김치),pork( 돼지고기) ssamjang(쌈장), onions,green onions,garlic,bean sprouts, fish sauce, mirim,and salt.
