My fusion recipe: Sauté veggies individually; matchstick cut carrots, sliced sweet white onion, chives, sliced brown mushrooms, sliced jalapeño, sliced daikon, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, a dash of sugar, red pepper flakes and sesame seeds. Sauté marinated (Costco) Korean beef ribs & cut the meat into small pieces,. Use the beef rib juice to flavor the Japjae. Separate egg white and egg yolk, then cook each individually like an omelette & slice, set aside. Blanch spinach set aside. Toss everything with cooked & sautéed Korean Japjae noodles.
