Bibimbap (korean food)

Slightly imbalanced midweek bibimbap. I had meant to do a pork shoulder bosam but the pork was off... I had some brisket for later in the week and improvised. The rest (apart from the mango salad) was pretty low effort, but absolutely delicious.

The mango salad, stolen from a lovely lady on here is amazing! Soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, crushed garlic and gochugaru with underripe mango... It is so good! My go to banchan with any meat dishes.
