Over the last few weeks I have been cooking large amounts of kale to accompany meals and to put into blended drinks.
I have to revisit why I love Kale so much. Kale is a huge boost to our bodies and provides powerful antioxidants.
They are also a wonderful way to give the body quick shots of vitamin K and also lower cholesterol. The taste of Kale isn't for everyone but I assure you, it's much better than taking pills and kale is one of the best superfoods you can get.
