Peoples funds are being stuck on reserve for a very long time. It happened to me and I have been trying to reach by email to their support team for the last 3 months and have recieved NO RESPONSE. i checked their FB and Telegram groups and apparently I am not the only one and no o e is being replied back to on tbis growing issue.
I am sensing a scam.
I have over 200usd in btc stuck in reserve.
I am not using their service anymore.
This similar situation happened to me a few years ago with binance when they shut my account down and stole 350btc from me. All because of their policy change on KYC. Whoch, has currently bitten the previous ceo in the ass ore than he could afford to. Serves the greedy fucker right for bending the arse to government demands.
When btc was first made, it was the anonymous protection that attracted most. With the added and increasing kyc demands across many exchanges, it really devaulues the purpose of using blockchain coins.
I don't use probit for the same reason. I don't trust companies that use kyc. It always ends bad in the long run.
Anyways, you all have been warned about Ionomy. Check their support channels and see for yourself.
They would reply on "X" (Twitter) message and I am guessing that you do not use X?
But whoa! you lost 350 BTC in Binance because you do not want their KYC requirements @yayogerardo? Will undergoing the KYC will let you have your coins back?

I stopped using them ages ago fr the same issue...and then not refunding me a few dollars due to an error (mine I think, but not sure now) ... because 'it's only a small amount'....
...tribaldex doesn't have this problem (for now, at least).
As the dpos scam nears it's end, you can expect more shenanigans...parasites hate giving...
