HOW LAUNDRY LOOKS LIKE IN AN AFRICAN HOME

in introductorypost •  9 months ago

Everyone in NIGERIA ,both The Hausa's Yorubas Fulani and Igbo have this one believe that laundry is mainly to be done by weekends.....
We believe that Saturdays and Sunday are for washing clothes and doing mostly some house chores .In some part of the Yorubas the will take their dirty clothes to any nearby streams or river, Igbo people do almost the same in the other hand.
The 3 most commonly known in the country
Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo have this believe that
( CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME) They teach their younger ones how to do whatever they do at their leisure time...You can never see an Igbo woman washing without her children by her side either rinsing or drying, same apply to Yorubas and Hausa's

Cleanliness they say is next to Godliness
