Hello. This is @holovision from Hive testing out Blurt.
I plan to focus more on content creation during the upcoming year of 2024. Besides posting Actifit reports here I plan on mirroring content I will be posting on Hive. I might also update some of my old posts from Hive and post them here since the fork from Hive copied my account on to Blurt but not my content.
I've read the getting started on Blurt information. I'll be adding extra Blurt tokens to my wallet soon. Any other tips or suggestions?
Hey, welcome! I think I remember seeing you on Hive. I came to Blurt in Spring of 2022 after being downvoted to oblivion on Hive. The cabal sensed competition, and didn't like my attitude (I didn't vote for their posts or their witnesses), so they took me out. I'm happy to be on Blurt where that isn't possible. Plenty of good people here, and growing all the time! : )
Hi. I think I also remember seeing a few of your posts. I went to your Hive profile to jog my memory and I see you are still posting on Hivve but payouts are declined. Sorry to hear about the downvoting and I am glad you found a blockchain that works better for you. Decentralization works one way or another.

I only got downvoted once on the Hive writing platform, and the person who did so later on removed the downvote somehow. But, yeah, I know how you feel. Even that one time that I got downvoted gave me a creepy feeling. It's good that the Blurt writing platform disallows downvotes. The major drawback is that you get charged for everything you do on the Blurt writing platform. They need to bring a system of Resource Credits to this writing platform instead.
Charging a small fee for every interaction stops spamming...

I get what you say. But if someone uses up all their liquid Blurt posting, there should be some other alternative to revive their ability to post. Just a thought. I realize that every writing platform is different.
The fee is very small and the rewards will always compensate that.

Awesome. Welcome to Blurt. It’s a great place to blog about anything … it’s my favourite. I am also on Steemit and Hive to run comparison. So far Blurt is the best. By a mile. No downvotes. No censorship and very friendly, happy people. When Blurt goes back to .11 we will be even happier. And when $1 comes we will be on the moon.
Thanks for the reply. No question that Blurt is better than Steemit. I am looking forward to the communities feature being launched on Blurt soon. I think that extra utility should help the price of Blurt at least some amount.
You can easily create your own community already with a hashtag. That is why hashtags were invented. Create your own hashtag and invite others to use it to find each other … I use #offgrid

My suggestion is to never run out of liquid Blurt cause it is your "RC", so if you are going to add Blurt Power to your account make sure to let at least 50-100 Blurt to cover the fees.
