Hey, welcome! I think I remember seeing you on Hive. I came to Blurt in Spring of 2022 after being downvoted to oblivion on Hive. The cabal sensed competition, and didn't like my attitude (I didn't vote for their posts or their witnesses), so they took me out. I'm happy to be on Blurt where that isn't possible. Plenty of good people here, and growing all the time! : )

Hi. I think I also remember seeing a few of your posts. I went to your Hive profile to jog my memory and I see you are still posting on Hivve but payouts are declined. Sorry to hear about the downvoting and I am glad you found a blockchain that works better for you. Decentralization works one way or another.

I only got downvoted once on the Hive writing platform, and the person who did so later on removed the downvote somehow. But, yeah, I know how you feel. Even that one time that I got downvoted gave me a creepy feeling. It's good that the Blurt writing platform disallows downvotes. The major drawback is that you get charged for everything you do on the Blurt writing platform. They need to bring a system of Resource Credits to this writing platform instead.
Charging a small fee for every interaction stops spamming...

I get what you say. But if someone uses up all their liquid Blurt posting, there should be some other alternative to revive their ability to post. Just a thought. I realize that every writing platform is different.
The fee is very small and the rewards will always compensate that.
