My Introduction To Blurt - Who is Bright David?

I have always believed that the best way to let people know who you are is to introduce yourself to them. Without an introduction, people tend not to actually know you as a person or even know what you are capable of. And so, joining a new platform like this requires an introduction so that people on the platform would know who actually joined them.

I got to know about this awesome platform with the help of my best friend @merit.ahama, and I was also able to sign up through her. She is a wonderful personality I must tell you, a motivator and a role model to many. I want to use this opportunity to appreciate her for always being there for me at my every back and call.

Even though I am still kind of new to Blurt, I am not actually new to the blogging world or the crypto space. Before getting to know about this platform, I'm a blogger on Hive platform. Here is my Hive profile just in case you want to check it out.

I have learned a lot while exploring this awesome platform, and I believe that alone is a sign that I would love this platform. I just can't wait to start exploring Blurt just as I did on Hive. I do have a lot to share here, and I hope they are what would keep my readers glued to my blog.

WHO AM I?

My name is Bright David, a Nigerian who's passionate, enthusiastic, curious and goal oriented. I'm from a household of six, and I'm the only male child of the family. I am a graduate of Economics, and I've been a teacher by profession for a very long time now, not until recently when I opened a business where I render Computer services.

I have always loved to teach, and teaching as a profession is more or less a fulfillment for me, but who doesn't want a better pay? I have actually resolved to remain self-employed until I find a teaching job with a better pay.

Being a teacher shaped me into seeing life in a different perspective, and I've since used this talent of mine to shape the lives of so many persons close to me, and I believe I can also use this talent to help shape the lives of many people on this platform.

I believe I'm a good writer and I love to write and share my ideas with an audience, with the aim of impacting positively in their lives. My specialty in writing would be creative writing, motivational blogs, fictional stories and poetry. I'm actually not limited to these specialties since I could write anything so long I get the inspiration. I also plan to widen my knowledge on making my writing better as I mingle with great writers here on Blurt.

MY BLURT OBJECTIVES

My plans onwards for Blurt is to do everything within my power to help this awesome platform grow. I believe that doing this would also help me grow my account and becoming successful here.

I plan to participate in any available contests (I would appreciate if you guys could suggest any contests going on now), write quality and original contents and also engage with other writers to create a stronger connection here.

I hope I'm welcome to this community and blockchain. It would be nice to get some help on things I should know to excel faster here, available contests, and also the best way to stay engaged with every other authors on the platform.
