1. Whom are we?

#blurtconnect was formed by a group of friends from Nigeria and Republic of Benin,all in Africa. We have met,some in person, while others through blogging.Just like the founder, the three other team members are crypto enthusiasts and old time bloggers. Our Team is made up of 3 persons, and together we have decided to form #blurtconnect. Below is our team profile:

2. Our Community

The name #blurtconnect came as an inspiration to bring onboard new members who love cryptocurrency and seeking for the best platform to start their Blockchain journey.

Secondly some people who left steemit for hive are finding it difficult to cope due to the concurrent downvotes,so we want them to get connected through blurt in a unique way free from plagiarism.

Lastly we want to announce blurt all over the world for its uniquesness,fast growing pace, high reward pattern for creative contents and fast adoption to the multi trillion crypto market growth.In a nutshell, we want to connect both the believers,doubters and new members in a world full of positive anticipations and success for the growth of social Blockchain technology through blurt.

2.1 Our Vision

We see a future where blurt is the number one social media Blockchain platform in the world. And we are happy to work towards that goal, because we believe in ourselves making substantial impact to the sustainability of this new world.This is our vision.

2.2 Our Mission

Our mission is centered on recruitment of new members and giving old members more reason to invest and contribute to the inevitable growth of blurt.We are here to take blurt to every household in this universe using different marketing strategies available to our disposal.A time shall come when we must have retained 1million blurt users,thus mission accomplished.

2.3 Our members

We started recruiting and on-boarding new people for more than 4 months now. This was wholly done by the founder.Here is a complete list of our recruits and community members so far.

3. Recruitment plan

We are already using some of the methods that were discussed above to get new people to blurt platform. We plan to expand on these methods and add new ones to help us widen our reach. Below are ways get new people:

3.1 Other Social Media Marketing

We are very much aware that many people browse the internet and this necessitated us to create #blurtconnect pages on Facebook,Telegram,Twitter, and Instagram etc. This pages will feature tutorials and how-to guides to help fresh people kick-off from basic things like creating their account to advanced things like creative content making.
We will be featuring our weekly contest on those pages too.

3.2 Commercials

running promotion ads on popular Radio stations in our area is our utmost priority. We also hope to appear on TV programs to speak about blurt.

3.3 Referrals and networking

Therefore we encourage our members to refer their friends, family members, workmates, schoolmates and others. If each member tell their people about blurt, that will result in duplication of effort and increase in the number of potential new recruits thus propelling the platform forward.

We will also target investors too. We will look for people that are willing to put their money on blurt power and get ROI. We will also target skilled users that will use blurt as a medium to promote their career or profession. Hence, we will employ both traditional and digital methods to promote blurt and recruit new users.

4. Retention Plan

We know that It is more easier to recruit than to retain, so we will work hardest to retain the newbies we got and always be with them in their journey as content creators. Here are some of our retention strategies and plans.

4.1 Community votes

We want to grow our community account as fast as we can so that it will have the ability to vote with value. We will make sure to support our members especially newb members, with votes so that they will have a reason to keep coming back to create content. When our members see that their efforts are being rewarded with votes, they will be motivated to stay.

4.2 Daily/weekly Contests

We have plans of keeping our members busy by running contests regularly. These contests will be not only be an opportunity to engage, but also to reward winners with prizes. This will also serve as an avenue to motivate and retain them.

4.3 Physical and Virtual Meetups

We will be holding regular meetings and meetups to engage our recruits properly and also retain them permanently in the platform.
Our first meetup is on Monday 29th November 2021 in Michael okpara university of agriculture umudike.

5. Progress report

In an effort to measure progress, we will publish a progress report once, to show what we accomplished as a team that week. This will serve to inform all, celebrate small success, as well as motivate our members to do more. This report will be made every Saturday of the week, unless otherwise indicated.

6. Support

The major support we need now is blurt power for @blurtconnect-ng so as to continue rewarding new members and old members with good contents.
