Good morning!
Breakfast is something I don't skip no matter how busy my day may seem, I always ensure I take my breakfast before going out for work everyday. Today being weekend I always wanted to make something different from the other working day, so I have been craving for this local Nigeria breakfast combination for long so I wake up with that in mind.
Here in Nigeria we call it "Akara" which English call it "beans pai",
we usually put the "Akara" inside a bread
step it down with a cup of coffee. It's been long I had this kind of satisfactory breakfast I look forward for more of this.
