Salat Tasbeeh:
Salat means prayers and tasbih means Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, La ilaha illallah, Allahu Akbar. Such tasbihs are meant.
And these prayers are very important in the life of every Muslim. The benefits of this and many more. The importance and benefits of these prayers are mentioned in the hadith - the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to his uncle, Hazrat Abbas (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): And if you are unable to do that, then read it at least once in your life. Because through this prayer, Allah Ta'ala forgives all the sins we have committed in our life, small, big, voluntarily, reluctantly, secretly, openly, new, old. (Subhanallah)
This prayer is four rak'ats. And in these four rak'ats "Subhanallah Alhamdulillahi Wala Ilaha Illallahu Wallahu Akbar" this tasbih has to be recited a total of 300 times. There are two rules for performing this prayer. The simplest rule is described below -
In the first rak'ah, I will go to the ruku 'after reciting the tasbeeh 15 times, after reciting the tasbeeh 15 times, and then reciting the tasbeeh 10 times. After reciting the tasbeeh of the ruku, I will recite the tasbeeh 10 times Then I will go to Sijdah and after reciting Sijdah Tasbeeh in the first Sijdah I will recite Tasbeeh 10 times again! Later I will get up from Sijdah and recite Tasbeeh 10 more times. I'll stand straight.
In this way I will recite this tasbih 75 times in each rak'ah. Then the tasbih will be recited a total of 300 times in four rak'ahs.
We will try to offer this prayer on Shabe Meraj, Lailatul Barat, Lailatul Qadr on these holy nights. Because these nights are much more blessed than other nights. Besides, we can offer these prayers any day if we have time.

সালাতুত তাসবীহ:
সালাত অর্থ নামাজ আর তাসবিহ বলতে সুবহানাল্লাহ,আলহামদুলিল্লাহ,লা ইলাহা ইল্লাল্লাহ, আল্লাহু আকবার এইরকম তাসবিহ গুলিকে বুঝানো হয়েছে।সুতরাং সালাতুত তাসবিহ বলতে আমরা তাসবিহ এর নামাজকেই বুঝি।
আর এই নামাজ আমাদের প্রত্যেক মুসলিমের জীবনে খুবই গুরুত্তপূর্ণ।আর এর ফায়দা ও অনেক।মহানবী (সাঃ) বেশি বেশি এই নামাজ পড়তেন এবং তার অনুসারীদেরকেও এই নামাজ পড়তে উৎসাহিত করতেন। এই নামাজের গুরুত্ত এবং ফায়দা সম্পর্কে হাদীসে আসছে - মহানবী (সাঃ) তার চাচা হযরত আব্বাস (রাঃ) কে বলতেছেন - চাচা আপনি এই তাসবিহ নামাজ সপ্তাহে একবার পড়েন,তাতে যদি অক্ষম হন তাহলে মাসে একবার পড়েন,তাতে যদি অক্ষম হন তাহলে বছরে একবার পড়েন,আর তাতেও যদি অক্ষম হন তাহলে জীবনে একবার হলেও পড়েন।কারণ এই নামাজের মাধ্যমে আমাদের জীবনের ছোট,বড়,স্বেচ্ছায়,অনিচ্ছায়,গোপনে,প্রকাশ্যে,নতুন,পুরাতন যত গুনাহ করেছি সব গুনাহ আল্লাহ তায়ালা মাফ করে দেন। (সুবহানাল্লাহ)
এই নামাযটি চার রাকাত।আর এই চার রাকাতে "সুবহানাল্লাহি আলহামদুলিল্লাহি ওয়ালা ইলাহা ইল্লাল্লাহু ওয়াল্লাহু আকবার" এই তাসবিহ টি সর্বমোট ৩০০ বার পাঠ করতে হয়।এই নামাজ পড়ার ২ টি নিয়ম রয়েছে।তার মধ্যে সহজতর নিয়ম টি নিচে বর্ণনা করা হলো -
প্রথম রাকাতে নিয়ত বেধে সানা পরে ১৫ বার তাসবিহ পরে সূরা ফাতিহা পরে একটি সূরা মিলিয়ে আবার ১০ বার তাসবিহ পরে রুকুতে যাবো।রুকুর তাসবিহ পাঠ করার পর আবার ১০ বার তাসবিহ পাঠ করে "সমিয়াল্লাহুলিমান হামীদাহ রাব্বানা লাকাল হামদ" বলে দাড়িয়ে আবার ১০ বার তাসবিহ পাঠ করবো।পরে সিজদায়ে গিয়ে প্রথম সিজদাতে সিজদার তাসবিহ পড়ার পর আবার ১০ বার তাসবিহ পাঠ করবো!পরে সিজদাহ থেকে উঠে বসে আরো ১০ বার তাসবিহ পাঠ করবো।পরে আবার দ্বিতীয় সিজদায়ে গিয়ে সিজদার তাসবিহ পাঠ করে আরো ১০ বার তাসবিহ পাঠ করবো পড়ে সিজদাহ থেকে দ্বিতীয় রাকাতের জন্যে সোজা হয়ে দাঁড়াব।
এমন করে প্রত্যেক রাকাতে ৭৫ বার করে এই তাসবিহ পাঠ করবো।তাহলে চার রাকাতে সর্বমোট ৩০০ বার তাসবিহ পড়া হয়ে যাবে।
এই নামাজটা আমরা শবে মেরাজ, লাইলাতুল বরাত,লাইলাতুল কদর এইসব পবিত্র রজনী গুলিতে পড়ার চেষ্টা করবো।কারণ এই রাতগুলো অন্যান্য রাতের থেকে অনেক বেশি বরকতময়।তাছাড়া আমরা সময় পেলে যেকোনো দিনও এই নামাজ পড়তে পারি।
