For about two weeks now I've been having a dilemma on what digital skills to learn. The problem isn't about finding one but settling for one in particular. A lot of things have interested me in the past and after a few months down the line I eventually give it up for another new challenge.
I'm probably that guy that loves to know a little something about a wide range of topics but never really knowing much about a single one to be called a professional. Jack of all trades, master of none as that saying goes.
I've tried to learn a few things in the past from programming to design, the only one that has stuck with me so far is writing online. So many times I get a day job along the line and there's no time to continue practicing what I'm learning and before you know it the interest is gone. Reading on the other hand is something I do almost everyday and I believe this is probably the main reason why my interest in writing has always been there.
Back to my dilemma, I just recently resigned from another day job and I decided to learn something that would be useful long term but this time another problem came up. My laptop had some hardware issues months back and I used my cousins own. Now it's no longer available and having no laptop to use greatly reduced the number of skills I can conveniently learn.
I went online today, did a bit of research and eventually settled for video editing. Although I'm still researching on other possible skills but this looks like something that'll be available long term.
If you have any ideas, kindly drop them in the. comment section. Thanks for taking the time to stop by.
