Chickpeas Hummus and Delight

Chickpeas are a wonderful legume that provide lots of vitamins and fibre for the body.

My favourite dish is hummus, a creamy medley of chickpeas, sesame paste, garlic and topped with some olive oil.

Dipping bread and some cucumber is a great way to enjoy this tasty and healthy snack. Yum.
