Thumbs up, thumbs down, you're basically talking about democracy (ancient Rome) - a direct democracy that doesn't need “representatives.” Thanks to the development of technology and the Internet, we should return to this. I ask how you want to overthrow the current system?

Actually, since writing that, I grasped that thumbs down play little purpose.

No, it's not a "direct democracy."  It's based on all who think They can help solve a problem having the ability to do so.  With no "authority," and not subjecting People who it does not affect to anything.  Like "laws" (legalates) that impose on Ones not involved.
