Dianthus barbatus in our garden

in hive-193552 •  3 years ago

Last year I planted seeds of Sweet William / Dianthus barbatus in our garden.

In the first year, fresh green plants were formed from the seeds, but in the second year they produced flowering plants.

Their flowers are white, pink, purple and some are two-tone - with fringed petals.

Sweet William is also called bunch pink or bearded pink.
