Happy Caturday 🐈 from Bob and yours truly😹. It's Bob's day to claw 🐾 into the blockchain. Hopefully your weekend is coming along nicely 🐱. It's that time of day to wind down and look back at how the stepping went including some of the trending stories. Ready or not here we go again 💨.
So this morning I didn't start with the brisk walk, instead a little bit of stretching and then I was online checking some of the emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, lots of political shenanigans 😹 as the election campaigning still in high gear. Celebration as Kenyans shone in the Stockholm marathon 👏🙌.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, heavy bombarding as Russia is turning Sievierdonetsk into Mariupol 😱, where they flattened or bombed most buildings.Ukraine still determined 💯. Elsewhere protests in Tunisia against an upcoming referendum to change the constitution. The president is doing the most, he froze parliament, sacked judges,sacked cabinet 😹. Damn it.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still the same sideways action 😹, stuck at 29k. Do keep hodling 💯. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the mall for some groceries.
Then I was back indoors, where I had my nap 💤. I got up some time early evening feeling well rested 💯. I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending, in Hong Kong, vigils on the anniversary of the Tiananmen square massacre have been banned. The new security law from mainland China has been continuously suppressing freedoms in Hong Kong 😱. Police were hanging around making sure no one gathers 😢. Elsewhere in Saudi Arabia, the first foreign Hajj pilgrims arrived since covid began👏.
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I followed the usual route and made it back home 🏡 safe and sound as darkness fell..
